MCI BUFFER™ for Amino Acid Analysis
MCI BUFFER™ kits, PH-KIT and PF-KIT are composed of sodium citrate buffer and lithium citrate buffer, respectively.
Both of these buffer kits contain the
necessaries for the analysis of amino acids in protein hydrolyzates or in physiological fluids with MODEL LA-8080, L-8900, L-8800(A), L-8500(A) HITACHI High
Speed Amino Acid Analyzer.
They are ready to use for analysis without further dilution or fine adjustment of their pH values.
