Announcement of price increase

Effective October 1,　2021, or as contract terms allow, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation will increase prices in globally for the DIAION™, RELITE™, and SEPABEADS™ product groups by 15 percent on average.
Due to the increase of all costs related to manufacturing; Plant maintenance cost, utility cost, logistics expense, and raw materials cost, our margins for the above product groups are at unsustainable level.
